Wheels and castors for Meat and Slaughter industry

D-NAMIC line

  • Category: Meat industry wheels and castors
  • Material: Polyamide 6HD + Red solid Polyurethane
  • Hardness: 92 Shore A
  • Temperatures: -40°C to +90°C
  • Diameters: from 80 to 200 mm
  • Load capacities: from 240 to 700 Kg

D-NAMIC + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

These wheels are recommended for use in the meat processing and slaughtering industry thanks to its resistance to inactivation microorganisms that requires antimicrobial treatments, carried out through hot water or steam or through the application of disinfectants.

Higly recommended on meat wagons and ham trolleys.

They feature an high resistance to alkaline cleaning agents, generally suitable for removing organic dirt, protein residues and fat and to acid cleaning agents used particularly for removal of encrusted residues of dirt or protein or of inorganic deposits (“scaling”) such as waterstone, milkstone, lime etc.

Both the core and the tyre of the wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, to allow hygienic and healthy process in controlled atmosphere such as in sterilizers, and are fully compliant to the rules on cleaning and sanitation in meat plants.

D-FLEX line

  • Category: Meat industry wheels and castors
  • Material: Polyamide 6HD + Blue elastic Polyurethane
  • Hardness: 82 Shore A
  • Temperatures: -40°C to +90°C
  • Diameters: from 80 to 200 mm
  • Load capacities: from 240 to 700 Kg

D-FLEX + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

The D-FLEX range is the next step over the "sister" D-NAMIC series, assuring the same high resistance to alkaline cleaning agents, generally suitable for removing organic dirt, protein residues and fat and to acid cleaning agents used particularly for removal of encrusted residues of dirt or protein or of inorganic deposits (“scaling”) such as waterstone, milkstone, lime etc.

Higly recommended on meat wagons requiring a non-slippery handling and ham trolleys.

The characteristic which makes this series the top of the edge in this market is the soft, elastic and ergonomic Polyurethane tyre, which assures an incredibly high grip of the wheel on wet floors ( non-slippery wheels ) and a shock / vibration absorbtion for a vibration free and noiseless rolling.

Both the core and the tyre of the wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, to allow hygienic and healthy process in controlled atmosphere such as in sterilizers, and are fully compliant to the rules on cleaning and sanitation in meat plants.

DITHERM® LTW line

  • Category:  Meat industry wheels and castors
  • Material: Polyamide 66 + glass and natural fibers
  • Hardness: 80 Shore D
  • Temperatures: -40°C to +150°C
  • Diameters: from 80 to 200 mm
  • Load capacities: from 250 to 900 Kg

DITHERM LTW + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

The DITHERM LTW range is specifically manufactured for safe use in cooking, smoking, cannig, drying, fermentation, irradiation and freezing process and trolleys in the meat industry.

Manufactured in HD high grade Polyamide + glass fibers and additional natural fibers, they assure the best resistance to steam and to the draining substances that are typical during meat cooking.

The wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, can be washed by steam, chemical creaners and high pressure.

POLY-D line

  • Category: Meat industry wheels and castors
  • Material: Polyamide 6HD natural
  • Hardness: 70 Shore D
  • Temperatures: -40°C to +90°C
  • Diameters: from 80 to 200 mm
  • Load capacities: from 250 to 750 Kg

POLY-D + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

This range is the basic option for use in the meat processing, assuring a good resistance against chemical washing and a good load capacity.

The wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, to allow hygienic and healthy process also in controlled atmosphere.

They can also be used as wheels in non-expensive meat wagon but still assuring the compliance to hygienic rules.
