Both the core and the tyre of the wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, to allow hygienic and healthy process in controlled atmosphere such as in sterilizers.

This range is specifically recommended for use in the fruit and vegetables processing, assuring the same great resistance to chemicals, washing and sterilizing of the "sister" D-NAMIC series above.

The further advantage of the D-FLEX wheels is the non-slippery property as they grant a great grip on wet and frequently washed floors and vibration reduction thanks to the exclusive formula of the elastic DC Polyurethane rim.

The ergonomic elastic Polyurethane tyre is a plus when D-FLEX wheels are used under heavy trolleys, facilitating the rotation and making these wheels perfect also for transport trolleys.

POLY-D + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

This range is the basic option for use in the fruit and vegetables processing, assuring a good resistance against chemical washing and a good load capacity.

The wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, to allow hygienic and healthy process in controlled atmosphere such as in sterilizers.

They can also be used as transport wheels in non-expensive trolleys but still assuring the compliance to hygienic rules.
