DITHERM MTW + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

This range is recommended for use in bakeries having good floors and normal baking and handling conditions, as they can be sensitive to very heavy impacts against sharp obstacles and to abrasive floors, that can accelerate the wearing of the material.

MTW wheels are recommended for floors having a surface roughness up to R10, for R11 and above they can also be used but a higher wearing must be kept into consideration.

DITHERM® STW line

DITHERM STW + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

This range is recommended for use in bakeries having bad and uneven floors and harsh and extreme handling conditions, as our exclusive THT® composite material is extremely resistant to very heavy impacts and to abrasion.

The Ditherm STW range of wheels have been developed also to be the modern alternative and replacing for the old aluminum and cast iron wheels, assuring a comparable strength, a much lower operation noise, preservation of the floors and zero maintenance.

DITHERM® RHT line

  • Temperatures: -40°C to +260°C
  • Diameters: from 80 and 100 mm
  • Load capacities: from 100 to 120 Kg

DITHERM RHT + Stainless Steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel brackets

This range is recommended for use in bakeries that require a smooth, silent and ergonomic handling of the trolleys. The Ditherm RHT wheels also ensure the vibration reduction thanks to the elastic and soft rubber tyre, are resistant to mid abrasive floors, assure the preservation of the floors and require zero maintenance.

The rubber tyre can be exposed to surface cuts if in contact with sharp obstacles, blades or if rolling on sharp drains, then should not be recommended in case of evidence of such conditions.
