MTW wheels are available in Ø from 80 to 200 mm ( Ø 3” to 8” ) and load capacities from 170 to 520 Kg ( 374 to 1146 lbs )

This range is recommended for use in bakeries having good floors and normal baking and handling conditions, as they can be sensitive to very heavy impacts against sharp obstacles and to abrasive floors, that can accelerate the wearing of the material.

MTW wheels are recommended for floors having a surface roughness up to R10, for R11 and above they can also be used but a higher wearing must be kept into consideration.

The Ditherm RHT wheels also ensure the vibration reduction thanks to the elastic and soft rubber tyre, are resistant to mid abrasive floors, assure the preservation of the floors and require zero maintenance.

The rubber tyre can be exposed to surface cuts if in contact with sharp obstacles, blades or if rolling on sharp drains, then should not be recommended in case of evidence of such conditions.

The DITHERM RHT series is certainly the highest quality rubber wheel for high temperatures and absolutely unique in its composition.

The 72 Shore A elastic rubber is mechanically bonded to the wheel core by an exclusive process of production with no use of glues of vulcanization.

Both the core and the tire are made of self-developed close cells materials, are hygienic and does not retain germs and dust.

The soft rubber tire ensures a smooth and shock/vibration free rolling, and is recommended for any bakery requiring silent trolleys and easy rolling.
